Exchange & Returns

We want you to love your fabrics. Because every meter is cut specifically for you, we have a tailored policy to ensure fairness and quality.

The "Cut-to-Order" Policy

At Ambrins Fabrics, every order is bespoke. When you request a specific length, we cut it from a fresh roll exclusively for you.

Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for fabrics simply due to a change of mind or preference after the fabric has been cut.

Defects & Errors

While we inspect every inch before packing, human errors can happen. We will immediately replace or refund your order if:

  • The fabric has a visible manufacturing defect (tears, stains, print errors).
  • You received a different fabric than what you ordered.
  • The length received is significantly shorter than ordered.
Note: Slight color variations between the digital screen and actual fabric are natural and are not considered defects.
